One of the best ways to evaluate help desk products today is by looking at reliable and verified “crowd based reviews”.

We recommend the G2Crowd.com site over other review sites as it has a more comprehensive real product user verification process such as requiring a product screen shot to post a review.

Comparisons:

We recently did a G2 Crowd review comparison of our Help Desk product and compared it to Service Now and BMC remedy and in all categories, Web+Center out performed these two vendors.   (see below) We invite you to review and compare our product and similar products on the G2 service desk category.
