Support Options. Web+Center open source, web-based help desk software

  • On-Line Documentation – Most installation questions and program functionality issues can be answered by reviewing the On-Line documentation. Please review Web+Center On-line Documentation for Installation Guide, User Guide, Getting Started Guide, and Programmers Guide.
  • Web-based Support – Mobile users or full screen browser options – We use our own ticketing software to provide to you world class support.  Our two customer support interfaces allow you to register, create and update support tickets and access our support FAQ and knowledge base search database.  To access our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) please view the ‘FAQ’ section under the ‘Support’ menu item. To search cases for problems and their solutions or to open up a new support problem or question please go to the ‘Support Ticket’ section under ‘Support’/’Support Ticket’.  We use the our own Web+Center Support Ticket System so you can review the online support ticket system and notifications for a real support issue.  This support option is available for licensed and supported users or free support ticket system users.
  • Mobile Support – Mobile users (smarts phones and tablets) can use our new Customer+Mobile app for support.
  • Version Server – The latest software updates for the last few Web+Center versions can be found On-Line at on our version server. From the software updates page, you can immediately determine which files are new and directly download new modules for the Web+Center application for your version.
