  • To purchase with a credit card without buying online, please fax, email with PDF or call with the credit card information (Card number, card type, expiration date, name on card and card billing address) to our fax number at (585) 586-3235. We currently accept VISA/Mastercard, and American Express. Please also indicate the number of total seat licenses and support contract options.
  • We will gladly accept purchase orders from companies, education and government organizations. Once we obtain a purchase order for your software, we invoice your organization and email the license key to you. We also accept purchases directly from personal or business checks.

Refund Policy

  • We expect that before you make any purchasing decisions, you have completely evaluated our products and services. We do not offer refunds on license keys, annual support or monthly services once payment is made. We offer a full trial license for one (1) month evaluation before any purchase so you can be confident about your purchase before any payment.
