    Instructions for upgrading to 4.0 from previous versions is included in the installation instructions in Appendix C. License Users that wish to upgrade must have current Annual Support/Upgrade contracts.

    • STEP 1:Download and print out the Web+Center 4.0 Installation Guide. It can be viewed and printed in HTML FORMAT or it can also be downloaded and printed in MS Word Format.
