Web+Center Version Upgrade Policies

Upgrade Options and Prices

License systems with current support/upgrade contracts	Licensed systems with 4 or more techs with current and paid support contracts can upgrade for free. Click HERE to request your upgrade script.	FREE
License systems without current support/upgrade contracts	Licensed systems with 4 or more techs who DO NOT have a current and paid support contracts must renew their annual Web+Center support/upgrade contracts before they can upgrade. To renew or confirm your support/upgrade contract status and request a upgrade script, click HERE to start your support renewal and upgrade process. Purchasing Options
We will gladly accept purchase orders from companies, education and government organizations. Once we obtain a purchase order for your software, we invoice your organization and email the license key to you. We also accept purchases directly from personal or business checks.

To purchase with a credit card, please fax the credit card information (Card number, card type, expiration date, name on card and card billing address) to our fax number at (650) 917-0913. We currently accept VISA/Mastercard, and American Express. Please also indicate the number of total tech licenses and support contract options.

Price Does Not Include:

• Any computer hardware
• Operating System. (Either Windows NT/2000/XP/2003/2008/VISTA/Windows 7 or Linux)
• Database Management System such as
  • MS SQL Server DB with Web Connector License
  • MS Access for Access configurations (Access97/2000/20032/2007 is not required for operation)
  • MySQL
• Web server software such as
  • MS Internet Information Server
  • Apache
• Any required Remote Database Connection (ODBC) drivers
• Sun One/ASP/Chilisoft (when running on a Linux-based platform)
• Sun One/ASP/Chilisoft CDONTS Email Add-on (For Linux platform)
• Internet Connection or subscription
