Overview
The Web+Center Version 6.0 beta is now available for DOWNLOAD. The beta release should not be used for production systems or upgrades from Version 5.0 but only for evaluation and testing. We greatly appreciate your feedback and input for the beta test program. Your important comments and testing helps to build a solid product that is well tested, and fits the requirements for real world organizations and companies. Many of the new features in version 6.0 come directly from enhancement requests submitted by customers throughout the world.

Listed below is a partial list of new features in Version 6.0

  • New Web+Center application "Reservation+Center", now included for free. This comprehensive equipment/facilities, media device reservation system is perfect for organizations that need to schedule and reserve rooms, equipment or any resource that can be placed into a graphical catalog
  • Integrated Text Chat options for customers/Techs to provide text chat support options
  • New "Companies/customers" organizational option to provide better support for multiple customers in a single Company situation, together with automatic data syncing of this information.

Version 6.0 FREE version will now come with the 5 Web+Center applications of Tech+Center, Customer+Center, Pocket+Center, Business+Center and Reservation+Center. The FREE 6.0 version will allow for a maximum of 2 techs. Upgrades from Version 5.0 (3) Tech system or new 3 Tech licenses will now require an upgrade script and purchasing 1 additional license key.
