Hosted Pricing Options - The User-Ready Option
As an alternative to purchasing the Web+Center software to run on your own Windows or
Linux servers, we now offer hosted and customizable solutions for very affordable
monthly rates.
The User-Ready option is basically a Web+Center installation set up by us on a
commercial ISP configured to support your required number of technicians. You pay an
initial setup fee, and then only a monthly fee based on your number of licensed
technicians. You access your hosted Web+Center Solution through the public Internet.
The Web+Center software is hosted with an ISP that provides levels of availability,
bandwidth, redundancy and reliability to a degree that is typically only affordable by
very large organizations. This ensures a solid and comprehensive solution for your
support group, with minimal extra investment in physical infrastructure or systems
administration overhead. This provides a complete "user ready" solution at a minimal
"total cost of ownership".
Setup: To get your Web+Center User-Ready option started, an initial setup fee is
required and the application is loaded and installed onto the ISP. You can even choose
a domain name for your Web+Center that will point to your hosted solution.
Customizations: One of the strengths of the Web+Center software is that it is written
in Active Server Pages (ASP) and it allows for extensive customization of the
application by customizing the ASP script code. The User-Ready option allows you to
still customize the scripts if desired since we turn over control of the running
system to your staff so you can do customizations if needed. ISS can provide
additional customizations as needed based on an hourly basis.
Support: The User-Ready Web+Center Help Desk Solution is supported by our technical
support staff and also the support resources of the hosting ISP if the issue is
related to the ISP operations.
Platform: The User-Ready Web+Center solution is hosted on a shared ISP Linux web
hosting platform running Apache Webserver and Sun One ASP engine and MySQL database.
Your User-Ready Web+Center account provides you with tools necessary to manage your
website and database and application files. Included with the User-Ready plan are all
of the web-hosting options provided by the ISP including email accounts, web
statistics, and much more.
Pricing: The User-Ready Web+Center Help Desk Solution is very affordable compared to
hosting your own server and providing Internet connectivity. The User-Ready solution
is also a great option for small business or organizations that want a Help Desk
solution but without the hardware, software, and security issues that go along with
hosting their own solutions.

Upgrade from rental to product purchase:
For those users wishing to convert from a monthly hosted solution plan
to self hosted solution, one can purchase a license key and users can take over
ownership of the their previous hosted plan or we can work out database
migration methods to migrate the database to another server. Contact ISS for more
details on this option.
Purchasing Options
We will gladly accept purchase orders from companies, education and government
organizations. Once we obtain a purchase order for your software, we invoice
your organization and start configuring your hosted site.
We also accept purchases directly from personal or business checks.

(Card number, card type, expiration date, name on card and card billing address)

Express. Please also indicate the number of total tech licenses and support contract options.
