3 Tech User Version of Web+Center

The complete Web+Center product can be downloaded and installed on your own Windows NT/2000/XP system for FREE!

The Web+Center FREE (3) Tech User version offers the full functionality of the paid licensed version with the following exceptions:

  • Only 3 support staff members can be configured at a time. Staff members can be deleted and new ones added so long as the total never exceeds 3 tech staff members in the database. Unlimited number of customers can still be entered.
  • Free version now supports both Access Database and SQL*Server 7/SQL 2000
Web+Center software requirements

  • Pentium class machine 133 MHz or better
  • Windows NT/2000/XP Operating System
  • NT with Service Pack 3 or greater or Windows 2000 or Windows XP OS
  • Internet Information Server 3.0, 4.0 or 5.0 (Web server) or greater (see NT 4.0 option pack notes below)
  • Internet or Intranet connection
  • Netscape 3.0 or IE 3.02 Web browser +
  • MS Access ODBC Driver or SQL*Server 7.0/SQL 2000 Database
Steps to installing the free version of Web+Center

  1. Please download and print out the Web+Center 3.5 Install Docs. This document includes complete instructions for downloading and configuring the Web+Center application. Product upgrade (From version 2.5) information is also included in Appendix C and Appendix D of the installation guide. This document also includes information on how to acquire and configure the necessary Web Server components from Microsoft.
  2. Please continue to the FREE Web+Center Download page . Please complete the simple registration form to access the final download page.
  3. If you have any questions during installation, please contact our support staff at (650) 949-0942 [9-5](PST). Complete documentation on how to use the Web+Center product is included as part of the downloaded software. The documentation is in HTML format in the /documentation directory. Additional FAQs and Help Database information is available from our web based support site available on our Support Web page.
